Using support to go deeper

This week we are using a chair as a prop to experience how when we have support we can can find more openness and deepen our practice. This can be a metaphor for life. When we have a supportive community we can experience more of what life has to offer. Think of the old adage “it take a village to raise a child”. This is a very effective way to offer grounding and diversity.
