Hi Everyone,

This is the 1st in my helpful hints series. How to make a forward bend easy, especially if you are at work or it is hard to get to the floor. It is simple: just use 2 chairs facing each other: sit on one and put your feet on the other.  It helps to relax the hamstrings and get a nice release in the spine. You can also use the chair to hold onto and ease yourself into a deeper pose. Remember to breath… ahhh!
