Tai Chi and Qigong are powerful practices!
They have helped bring balance and harmony into my life especially when times get tough. So it is my honor and privilege to share these practices in anyway that I can. I have a regular Monday Zoom classes (11:00-12:15 AM EST) with Sun and Moon yoga studio.
I will also be offering a weekly free class on Thursdays 11:30-12:30  (donations accepted through Venmo). Register in advance for this meeting by emailing me.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting and will not have to register again. Just save the link sent by zoom.
